The DD (Dual Deploy) End Cap is a 5.9mm (0.23") thick cap with a 2.38mm (3/32") shoulder. The end cap is used on the removable end of a bay and attaches to a mounting ring. The cap includes two holes that provide feed through of connections for attachment of a charge canister and a charge. There are two additional holes that are used for threaded rod in hybrid bays or a metal reinforced shock cord tie for modular bays. The end cap comes in thin wall (1.15mm/0.045" Mach1) and normal wall (1.57mm/0.062" Blue Tube/MadCow) sizes.
